Description
Red rooibos has really grown in popularity in recent years, but we wanted to introduce you to Green Rooibos! Unoxidized rooibos is much more demanding to produce (similar to the methods of producing green tea) which makes it pricier than traditional red rooibos. It carries a slightly grassy flavor quite different from traditional rooibos. This is actually the same tea, just in it's unprocessed state, guarding the health benefits at their peak! It is very light in flavor, and almost takes on a gentle minty undertone. |
